Exchange and Return Policy

Exchanges:

  1. Exchange period: The customer has the right to request the exchange of a product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

  2. Product Conditions: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage. All accessories must be returned with the product.

  3. Exchange process: To request an exchange, the customer must contact us via the following email: geral@retzo.pt providing the purchase information and the reason for the exchange. After approval, we will provide instructions for shipping the product.

  4. Shipping costs: The costs of shipping the product for exchange will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product sent is defective or does not match the original order.

  5. Product analysis: After receiving the product, we will carry out an analysis to ensure that it complies with the conditions mentioned. After approval, we will proceed to send the new product.

Returns:

  1. Return period: The customer has the right to request the return of the product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

  2. Product Conditions: The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage. All accessories and manuals must be returned along with the product.

  3. Return Process: To request a return, the customer must contact us via the following email: geral@retzo.pt providing the purchase information and the reason for the return. After approval, we will provide instructions for shipping the product.

  4. Shipping costs: The costs of shipping the product for return will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product sent is defective or does not match the original order.

  5. Refund: The refund will be processed after the returned product has been analyzed. The amount will be refunded through and only by bank transfer within 5 business days after the product is received at our facilities.
